What is a Nurit Test charge on my credit card? Is it a scam?

I have a charge on my debit card for a lot of money that I have no memory of charging, and the description is just “nurit test, gaithersburg, MD” – I know that Nurit is a brand of credit card machine but I don’t know what the charge is. Is this a scam, has this happened to you? Do you know what this is?

I own a Nurit 2085 and we are opening up a deli shop and we found the terminal in the closet, brand new. What is a good Merchant Service that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg???
