Old PC has Keyboard port, and swipe works fine. New PC has port, but Keyboard is USB. Hardware mgr indicates zero conflicts, and all devices work. Uninstall, and reboot does not help.
New Dell’s come with NO ports, except USB. Problem is: Keyboard uses USB. There is a PS/2 port, but the device does not work. The device has worked on a machine with PS/2 KB. Hardware manager indicates no conflicts or problems. Uninstall does not help.

Is anyone using a Magtek (or other make) credit card reader with USB on a Mac? If so which serial no is it, was set up straight forward and are you having any problems with use. Thanks a lot.

i went to the CRC (Computer recycle center) today. i was looking for a magnetic card strip reader and i found the above said VeriFone but it didnt come with any wires so i was hoping to find the wire to plug it into my computer and the electric wire like the output so i can turn it on so pls help me
